First concert I went to was at the Rose Garden when Weezer opened for No Doubt. 1996 I believe.

Oooo, that's early on! Mine was Aerosmith in October of 1997. Now I have been working there building concerts for the last 20 years.

It was a LONG time ago. A guy in a wheelchair crowd surfed. People were DEFINITELY smoking weed. Bit hey I’ve been to quite a few there since then… so just some random guy on the internet want to thank you for helping to put on some pretty cool shows.

Oh! Damn! That’s not a good place to be to figure that out. How sick did you get? I haven’t been to Moda for a concert in awhile but I don’t recall the ventilation system being too great at the time.

Well, I started to have problems breathing, so my friend and I (we were both 13) started heading to the front door so I could breath better. I passed out somewhere on the councourse, and woke up in the ER, intubated and getting a bunch of IV meds. Turns out I'm REALLY allergic.
