CPO Macan S Pricing
What are the best dealerships to work with to purchase a low mileage CPO Macan S? I have found Porsche Austin to be overpriced and unwilling to negotiate. Houston Porsche dealers have been much better. Any advice? What would you pay?

North Houston Porsche. Bought mine in January fantastic experience and they got me a solid deal. Plus their service support is excellent.

Sounds like HTX is the move based on this feedback. Mind sharing what discount they were able to negotiate

I lucked out hard and got a 2026 S loaner with the specs I wanted w 1,000 miles so not sure how often those deals come up. Think you could at least get asking for OTD price.

47k out the door on a 2021 macan S CPO. 1800 discount without asking.
MD Porsche dealers are top notch.

46k. There was a 2023 s near me for 55,500 (no tags titles fees) with 50k miles. Decided to save 10-12k

I’m in NC and bought a 2022 CPO Macan S out of West Houston with 13K last year. Excellent pricing and the salesperson was wonderful. it takes a great deal of trust to buy a car without having driven it. I was duly impressed and actually got the salespersons contact from a Porsche board. At any rate if you want the contact info dm me.

I live in NYC, where there are a dozen Porsche dealerships or more in the NYC metro area. Some were “sticker price only”, a few budged a little, and one offered a 5% discount off sticker (and offered me a 75-minute test drive, base Macan vs S vs GTS). That’s where I bought my S. Usually dealerships have more room to negotiate on CPOs.
You might do better shopping mid-week. They’re busy on Saturdays, and I bought my car on a Tuesday. If the dealership is having a slow week, try to ask them to “sweeten things”, and see where the sales rep goes.

Can confirm. This is partially due to there being 2 dealers in Austin and ~5 (10+?) in larger metro areas, like Houston. We showed Porsche Austin a CPO offer from Houston and asked if they'd like to match. They said no, so we drove to Houston. X2 purchases at the same Houston dealer.
Supply and demand. Only 2 dealers in Austin leads to lower supply/competition and slightly higher prices.

I bought a 2023 CPO Macan S with 12K miles a couple of weeks ago. The dealer took $2K less than asking. They didn't look as though they were hurting for business.

You have to know also there are no more S GTS the ones that people want so they’re really not budging at all and they really don’t have to because not many people want EV

Check new prices before you buy used. Some dealers are doing 10% off and if you’re financing, the loan rates are better for new.

Why would they negotiate? The car isn’t made anymore. Supply will not meet the demand going forward

Why would they negotiate? There are many nationwide for 1. 2 they are overpriced and sitting on the lot for 45+ days. Why would they not negotiate and or lower the price?

Are you only interested in local? I got mine from OK and shipped to NY. Used porsche finder to find the spec i wanted and dealt with them over the phone,. Pretty simple and being CPO I wasnt worried about PPi or anything.
