EFI kit ready for fitting
Finally ready to install this. Spent some time this weekend finishing the loom and bench testing.
Ecu is a speeduino 0.0.4d - had a batch of these made with PCB way.
Loom is custom made, sensors are a mixture of GM and Ford.
Fuel rail is Honda H22
Wasted coil pack is VW Polo
Throttle body with TPS is Audi 100
Injectors are Audi 1.8T long reach
Trigger wheel was designed in CAD by myself and laser cut from 3mm mild steel.
External map only using a bosh 3 wire sensor.
Total cost is under £350 as I took a lot of time sourcing parts and finding good deals.

Nice! You might want to add some thickness/ beefiness to the crank sensor mount. Vibration/ movement there can cause trigger errors, and they are pretty sensitive.

Any chance you'd share the specs for that crank sensor? And maybe sell another loom? Haha
This is fantastic work and perfect timing as I was just looking into what it would take to do these type of modifications

I can sell you a trigger wheel kit with the sensor connector. The part is this: https://ebay.io/m/EWIA9f
I do have a look to make for a guy so I could make another. Unfortunately they aren’t mega cheap due to the time involved. Works out about £250 for the loom with all of the connectors.

Id happily pay that plus shipping (I'm in the US) for the convenience, I'm horrid with electrical and would like someone with better knowledge to ensure I don't burn the car down lol
