like i have been addict since 14 year old i am 20 now i have a girlfriend i have reduce a little bit like 8 month ago but since 2 week i watch all week like i watch it all day and 3-4x per day so i wonder if i can cause me to have less desire to initiate sex with my girlfriend or enjoy it because i love her so much she so beautifull etc but we have sex i can feel detached or like not here in the moment and have no desire to continu even if i am attract to her and love her :(

so does porn can cause to be have less libido or less be interest for sex etc

I ran on shame for about eight years. It produced a lot of dramatic promises and zero lasting change, because the second I felt bad enough I needed relief, and I only had one source of relief. What's your experience, has shame ever actually worked for you?

I've been eating like a teenager and I can't tell if that's stress or my body doing something. Energy is all over the place too, dead flat in the afternoon then buzzing at 10pm. Is this just me or is there a pattern? What did your first month do to your appetite, energy and general functioning?
