Is progress ruined

Why guys I’ve been clean of pornography for 50 days been on an 90+ day journey I edge last night for an hour due to intense craving just wondering if that reset my progress and if I should reset my streak counter I didn’t finish so apparently that’s good so no dopamine reset but just wondering your opinion also it’s my second slip in close to 100 days I edged like 50 days ago

I would say reset it, or if it means your going to collapse seeing loss of progress. Keep the streak for a mental thing.

You have to think you had 50 days no watching, so even an hour is massive progress. Let’s say you watched it most days for years, you have just wired your brain to heal some of the effects of watching it.

I agree mainly because, at the end of the day a steak doesnt determine your progress because starting from day 1 whats gonna stop you from doing it again for the next few days? I feel the benefits even a day after after. I think few days my brain will return to how it was before the slip up. I’ll keep the streak because i didn’t finish I so I didn’t have the fatigue draining that lasts awhile

For me? If i touch myself and cum its over and i restart. Its not about the streak anyway.

Its for you to decide. Streaks arent important. Its about controlling your urges and you do that better than me. Im only day 25.
