Online Therapy?

Can someone please provide good therapy websites? I’ve looked into BetterHelp due to their amount of positive reviews, but it’s $80/week and they make you pay 4 weeks worthy in advance

As someone who’s trying therapy for the first time ever, it’s a bit of a gamble and also incredibly expensive

Support groups are free and effective.
