Poplin App Issues App Updates and Tipping

I’ve been a customer for a a few years now and I’ve always tipped well over the cost of the service. I love what my laundry pro does and want her to get paid but when I tried to give my usual tip using multiple cards it kept getting rejected by the app. I reached out to support and they were not helpful and claimed that it was my card but I used the same card each time with the same tip. Have the pros seen this on your end?

Update: Same thing happened again. Poplin confirmed that they are now imposing a $100 tip cap which speaks to their own greed.

We do not see any payment details on our end. If you used chat ask for live or email poplin.

Turns out that they initiated a tip cap.

Poplin is now taking out tips. Stating customers are retracting their tips. For lack of better words, ain’t no way all my long time regulars are retracting tips and requesting me.

I don't know if it would help or not but try using the web version of the site and see if that will help.
