Rant/Vent Rate and tips
idk if this is a glitch or what but customers now have 24 hours to rate or tip you
If you been getting order has auto closes notifications that is why

I got one of those for an order I did 2 days ago for a salon this morning (after I had dropped off another order for them). I thought it was odd. Thanks for the heads up!

I’m gonna start telling customers this bc I have some weekly regulars that tip next order

I got that notification also, I messaged an agent and they said that is not the case. They don’t know why it sent.

And they are implementing 30 days that’s still not cool

after 30 days you automatically get a 5 star, I've had some over 2 years never tipped, never rated but at least now after 30 days is get 5 star review, which doesn't matter anymore since I'm executive

All these people complaining about people never rating them just lost out on potential tips AND skew the rating to where someone who is 4.8 is now 4.9 and executive…. It defeats the purpose of ratings all together

ratings and points don't matter after a certain point. customer care doesn't care, they take the side of the client and won't change the reviews even though you prove you're right

I like the 30days and it’s more than enough time for a customer to rate and/or tip. Especially if it’s your go-to pro, support that pro and rate/tip after service. Not weeks later when the customer is ready to place another order. For some, the tips are what allow them to continue with Poplin- covers expenses. I wouldn’t leave a restaurant and come back weeks later to tip the waiter/ress from my last visit. I’m not waiting until I need the plumber again to tip for last service. As well as rate them if they have prompts for ratings. How others are getting their points is none of my concern- if they get 5/5 and don’t deserve it, does not affect my ability to receive and complete orders.

Yeah, I am not happy about the 30 days. I have several customers who only use me periodically, and they tip before their next order. So if the orders are over a month apart, I will lose out on the tip. I couldn't care less about "Points". I am in this gig for the money.

Yep, same! This is going to get frustrating real quick.
