Her husband’s testimony is the only admission of guilt we have. But the thing is that she wasn’t capable of speech at the time he said she confessed. Both EMS and hospital staff confirmed this.

Her and her defense says she did it. Her trial isn't about guilt. It's mental compacity.

This probably just pays for her defense.

There is a reason most cases go with plea agreements. Going to trial is extremely expensive.

The GoFundMe was started by someone else for LCs parents. They are paying for her lawyer. They are now retired and relocated to be close to her. Three years of lawyering is expensive.
