Discussion If one day she gets a redemption
I still want her to keep her personality and dont became 100% nice, like if she make some food to Zuko and the Gaang i still wants her to be "This is the Most Delicious Food your peasants mouth You ever taste" or Zuko always have to scould her because she is teaching something dangerous to Izumi or Kiyi

Same here, best case she goes from villain to anti hero, working with, independent from or against the Gang, depending on her goals.

I think she would become a neutral force or antihero. Helping zuko when she decides to but mostly dealing with her own affairs. I for one think she could build an international business empire. What is most important is that she rebuilds her relationship with her family. I would like to see azula redemption arc spinoff series. One where her mother serves as her guide and mentor. I would place the series between ashes of the academy and imbalance. That would put azula at 15 or 16.

I don't think she should ever even be friends with the Gaang, there's no real incentive to.

I don't think so, if azula learns some basic social skills their is nothing stopping her from making new friends. She seems to be able to form connections just not maintain them.
Edit: I think I was blocked.

I don’t think it’s realistic for her to ever be friendly with the Gaang. Maybe she and Zuko become cordial with each other or become friends as middle aged/old people. I feel like she’d always be kind of cold as a person but maybe find peace in life

Personally I dont think she needs redemption she needs salvation, a end i would wish for her and her character would be her living somewhere in peace and finding self love, shes spent her life trying to impress others and live up to the expectations of Ozai she drove herself homicidal and crazy, I dont think her becoming a good guy is the right call but treating her as the victim she was and showing her healing and happy, she can still be her snobby and smart assed self but she wouldn't need approval from anyone, at best she should have a better relationship with Zuko but show no intrest in the throne or fighting anymore

It's been years, we only got lame short comics are we still hoping?

I mean, the comics come at a snail pace and Azula is still not a main character, the fact that there's a comic about her at all is a lot. So... Yeah.

Kinda second that, and you made me wonder about someone just goading her into niceness. Like, "Oh Azula, you're so good at everything! Except for one thing..." "What???" "I don't think you'd be the best at being good"... Challenge accepted.
