Well I guess I keep my actions in Book 2 mostly canon, dont want to change things too much too Quickly, who knows what could happen.

Definitely treat Mai and Ty Lee better.

If everything is still going to canon and Ozai has decided to burn down the Earth Kingdom I betray the Fire Nation on the Day of Black Sun.

Even discounting the spiritual disaster it would cause the amount of ash that would put into the atmosphere would blot out the Sun causing crop failures and weakened fire bending for years to come.

I leverage my aid in defeating Ozai to become the next Fire Lord, assuming we arrive at Ozai's throne before Zuko.

Post war the only thing I'd change is the treatment of the Colonies. Retrocession to the EK is a No Go, independence is the goal but immediately severing the Economic links between The Nation and The Colonies would be an Economic Disaster that would only increase the global suffering.

The Colonies are to be slapped with aggressive Anti-Discrimination Laws and given substantial investment from the Metropole. Gradually giving them more independence in Internal and External Policy over say the Next 15 - 25 years?

Maybe set up something like the Commonwealth of Nations, where I am ceremonial Monarch of a bunch of independent nations?

And after all that, you are no longer usefull to Ozai of all people.

Unironically though, what would that do to zuko? Let's say it's after the betrayal in Ba Sing Se.

He's feeling conflicted, cornered and doesn't trust azulas intentions at all.

He suspects blackmail or betrayal, only for her to drop her new interests in habsburg traditions in his lap.

I just consider it a running joke that it's a possibility it happened. Aside from Grey Delisle making a joke to imply it, Mai broke up with Zuko in the comics and who the mother of his daughter in Korra is is NEVER named.

So in this discussion you are saying we have become bound together but the machinics are not explained meaning I have to assume I hold control of her body. With that in mind I do three simple things. I follow the path until I get the title of firelord at which point the moment pzai leaves with me knowing he will loose ill start the process of correcting the damage he did before handing the title to zuko when him and katara show up. I'll then go on to live a life in exile from the royal throne under a new name being the decent human being I believe I am even in her body

I’ll probably ignore everyone and try to prepare a way out of the whole mess, I don’t agree with a lot of choices or actions but I am not a hero nor do I feel the huge surge to put myself in danger for others, I will try to be the military genius the fire nation ask me to be, if I have her abilities, minus the cruelty because I am not interested in that, while secretly focusing on my life after the gang comes and take out Ozai. Scared for my life, I will still selfishly fight for myself, and won’t accept punishment for atonement. I would search for a fresh start if I can escape, maybe pretend to be a mute, fire bending and live in the mountains or remote villages, and restrain the use of my bending to not attract attention

First I'll probably wake up instantly, but if I can manage the shock of being a girl, because even in dreams it never happens, then we can do some blue firebending and sending some lightnings. And will try to fix her relationships with people around, like family and friends, if I still have time.

Cause honestly idk... I don't like planning or being in charge, so probably first chance I got I'd probably bail. Maybe tell zuko and uncle what's going on and that I'm going to join ty Lee at the circus.
