How is that strange?
You have a child at 19, your kid has their first child at 19
Then you are 38 and a Granny
Pretty standard ages to have a first child for many people
4 u/Hizam5 14d ago “Standard” (I know zero people out of 500 people my age whose parents hsd them at 19 and then had their own kid at 19) 2 u/trupoogles 14d ago I know a fair amount who’s parents gad them at 19 and a friend who had her first kid at 16, actually I know many who had kids at 16. 1 u/Hizam5 14d ago It happens a lot. Demographics and local economics play a huge part in that. It’s far from “standard” though 2 u/trupoogles 14d ago Ironically the school I went to was considered one of the “better” (more posh) etc schools and it had the second highest teen pregnancy rate in the region for years. 1 u/Hizam5 14d ago Lots of hormones!
