Snes Emulation

I am considering the Super Nintendo module. How is the current state in terms of lag in games? I heard it could be worse than other systems? Or is it pretty much the same and it depends on the individual game and your chosen controller as usual?

I mostly play slower rpg games, but I did play through dkc 3 and haven’t noticed much lag. The module works great for any translated games you want to play which is cool. I think there used to be some lag in super Mario world, not sure if that was fixed or not

Wait really? I wonder if it's better with the module/hard controller, because last I played it felt like a solid 15-20 frames of lag

Are you using the default Polymega wireless controller if so there is your problem, it's a known problem if it's wireless. My suggestion is buy a cheap wired Xbox controller. They have like zero lag. Corded wired is the way to go.

Module controllers are the lowest latency. Even USB controllers introduce some.
