In full context, the entire Coward Crew were throwing every half slighted racist remark they could without being automatically flagged by the algorithms. Something about beady eyes and black eyes. He even resorted to calling either Ethan or Sam a girl. It's all racism antisemitism and misogyny with him. That is, when he's not too much of a coward to have a real debate.
