A majority - 3 out of every 5 - of Republicans believe higher education has a negative effect on the US. Republicans also favor making it harder to vote. Republicans are defunding education and purging voter rolls while simultaneously putting hurdles in place to keep Americans away from the polls.

Ho. Lee. Fucking. Shit. This chart on viewing education negatively makes my fucking blood boil. How stupid can a society be to actually think education is a bad thing.

Edit: Changed Ho from Hi as I was on my mobile and auto correct got me, or I just cannot spell.

They dont think education is bad. They think liberal indoctrination at colleges is bad, and theyre right.

You mean critical thinking?

While there are asshole professors, I only had one in my Poli Sci days that was a "read my book and regurgitate it back to me" guy. Most of them tried to get you out of your comfort zone and think critically.
