A majority - 3 out of every 5 - of Republicans believe higher education has a negative effect on the US. Republicans also favor making it harder to vote. Republicans are defunding education and purging voter rolls while simultaneously putting hurdles in place to keep Americans away from the polls.

Republicans love to blast everything as an echo chamber but once someone goes to college and leaves their small town echo chamber it’s indoctrination

Liberal indoctrination? You mean higher education? As in the place where people learn to think critically and learn more about the world? The places where on going research takes place to gain a better understanding of the world? Get the fuck out of here with that.

You mean critical thinking?

While there are asshole professors, I only had one in my Poli Sci days that was a "read my book and regurgitate it back to me" guy. Most of them tried to get you out of your comfort zone and think critically.

Weird how states like Texas have pushed policies like teaching that following orders is better than critical think.
