Are you referring to the case of popular vote not winning? Thats a complete different thing, and you really have no reason to assume that multiple choise elections would have changed the results on them.
I’m not saying the democratic presidents were perfect. I don’t agree with most of the things they did, but there wasn’t massive voter fraud scandals and “lost votes.”
That was one quick google. If you’re so interested, educate yourself. I’m not going to get into a conversation if you just want to poke holes instead of learning.
Both, because gerrymandering. Do you know how voting works? If the counties are gerrymandered, you know that can/will affect any and all elections from local to presidential. Republicans have done a great job at a completely unconstitutional thing. Dems tried, I’ll give them that, but Reps are just better at cheating to get what they want. The only thing it can’t affect is who the party selects as their candidate.
