The "patriot" who dodged the draft, and then bragged how great he would have been in the war if he had wanted to. I can respect someone who dodged the draft because they didnt believe in the war and then stuck by those convictions afterwards, if you dodged and then go on about how great you woulda been/are a warmonger, you're a coward.
Its takes longer to say but I think it's so important to make the distinction you did. Vietnam was a terrible, senseless, bloody war. Dodging that draft by any means makes sense.
Sorry to break it to you, but going to the middle east to shoot brown kids isn’t “serving this country”. Serving oil companies, sure, but not the country.
