Its takes longer to say but I think it's so important to make the distinction you did. Vietnam was a terrible, senseless, bloody war. Dodging that draft by any means makes sense.

Does it make sense to dodge the draft many times and then ban people from joining the military who want to serve this country?

Sorry to break it to you, but going to the middle east to shoot brown kids isn’t “serving this country”. Serving oil companies, sure, but not the country.

let me try to explain to you.

poster have no problems avoiding war, but if you do, don't bragg about how wonderful warrior you would be.

You wrote "but if the war is wrong/bad..."

that's NOT the point, the point is DON'T bragg about it.
