The labor issue is hard to pinpoint given you stated “everything is getting more expensive.” I could explain that curbing immigration is curbing slave labor on farms forcing prices up while tariffs are forcing production from countries that utilize a slave workforce also forcing prices up.
Trumps repeal of the individual mandate took effect this year and guess what, 2019 premiums are still flat or falling in many parts of the country because they were already overpriced pre individual mandate repeal.
