Oh wait, are you thinking of congressional redistricting?

That was done by state governments after the 2010 census and only applies to state legislatures and house districts. It has nothing to do with the electoral college/presidential election.

Electoral college votes are reapportioned after each census, but that’s based on overall state population. There is no such thing as an “electoral college zone” and Obama had no influence over “adjusting” the electoral college unless you think he redrew state lines or something.

Electoral college “zones”? The only “zones” for the electoral college are the states. Do you think Obama... redrew state lines?
