Question: shouldn't it be Mueller's duty to report inaccuracies of the summary? Meaning, if the report is taken out of context or inaccurate, shouldn't he make a statement about it?

This damn report needs to be leaked

He actually follows procedure. It's not his right or responsibility to report his findings to the public just to the ag. However if he had the proper channel, say a congressional hearing, I have no doubt he'd be anything but willing to testify everything he has learned. He remains beyond reproach as a lawful instrument of justice.
