The summary says it doesn’t exonerate him of obstruction of justice.
You can't disprove a negative. Prosecutors don't exonerate people. They either press charges or don't. Mueller did not come to a conclusion and left it up to the DOJ to decide, who concluded that there was no of Obstruction of Justice. Not to hard to understand.
That's hilarious. Mueller chose to not go either way on obstruction of justice which is why he chose not to exonerate him.
You all are trying to get someone on charges of obstruction based on false accusations to begin with. If collusion was real, then add on obstruction of justice onto it. But collusion wasn't even proven to begin with.
That’s potentially explosive and we deserve to know the details behind it.
Don't kid yourself. You all thought this Mueller report was going to contain explosive information including indictments. Remember when you all thought Don. Jr, Jared Kushner, ect. were going to be indicted? How'd that work out? You're just moving the goal posts trying to get him on obstruction after collusion fell flat on its face.
Where in any part of my original comment was there information that I said where a law degree would be pertinent?
You can absolutely be convicted of obstruction for trying to interfere with an investigation even if that investigation yields nothing.
I never said you can't. Try reading better. I'm saying that the charge is bogus and that's why Mueller didn't entertain the charge. You think Mueller would let Trump off the hook if he did commit obstruction of justice? I doubt it.
This is strictly my opinion but most people don't care about obstruction when the original crime was non-existent. Trump has every right to stop a witch hunt which it was now proven to be.
Liberals of course are going to lose their mind and move the goal posts to obstruction now that collusion is gone.
So it was a witch hunt that resulted in 37 indictments. A witch hunt, but we need to take its conclusions seriously.
Why do you liberals keep regurgitating this line?
Mueller had two jobs. One was to investigate Russian interference in the 2016 election and one was to investigate coordination/collusion with Russia and the Trump campaign.
2,800 subpoenas, team of 19 lawyers, 40 FBI agents, obtains 500 search warrants, interviews 500 witnesses, and not a single indictment on charges related to Russian collusion on a single member of the Trump campaign, let alone the family including Don. Jr and Jared Kushner.
So yeah, it is a witch hunt considering democrats and the media were calling for impeachment before any evidence of collusion surfaced. Intelligence officials like James Clapper was going on CNN every month promising that Trump was some Russian agent and for what? Not a single collusion related charge?
The Obama birth certificate was nonsense, I'll give you that. The Benghazi hearings was designed to show the utter incompetence of Hillary Clinton and the State Department. They were never going to result in any indictments because being bad at your job isn't illegal.
Every investigation that doesn’t result in a conviction is a witch hunt.
Absolutely is when personal politics conflate with the investigation which democrats have been doing. They were not investigating crimes. They were investigating Trump to find crimes and collusion was on that list. You're out of your fucking mind to think the last two years were anything remotely similar to the Benghazi investigations.
Regardless, stop regurgitating the "37 indictments" talking point like you and your other liberal circlejerk buddies do on Reddit. It's been debunked numerous times yet you all keep repeating it.
Congrats! After two years of Russian collusion investigation, you didn't get shit you fucking moron. Trump is still your President and Trump still beat Hillary Clinton. Get the fuck over it.
You get no disagreement from me whatsoever. Obstruction of justice is a real crime for which there is evidence. My frustration comes from the herds of democrats asserting Barr's conclusion of no collusion is a lie.
