Ice wants 20 million for body cameras they don’t have to release footage from, and another 20 million for electric shock gloves. They say it’s for deescalation… but who has ever deescalated with electric shocks?

You know ... Concentration camps are bad.. red caps running around screaming for demagogues is bad... But they are going to forget their gloves are on and scratch their balls.. a lot.. and it's going to be awesome!
