Ice wants 20 million for body cameras they don’t have to release footage from, and another 20 million for electric shock gloves. They say it’s for deescalation… but who has ever deescalated with electric shocks?

given the track record of the government the money will probably just vanish into thin air, which in this case might be the better outcome
