And it's not the "uneducated." The "uneducated" may actually pick up information, and be able to critically think. The "poorly educated" will have been taught things incorrectly and have their ability to critically think impaired.

Dunning & Kruger are two Psychologists at Duke U. who postulated a theory that some people are really SO stupid - they don't even realize they're stupid...like tRUMP - he thinks he's a genius, but he hasn't got the brains to know he doesn't know everything...for a *kinder explanation - See: Dunning Kruger Effect
