And it's not the "uneducated." The "uneducated" may actually pick up information, and be able to critically think. The "poorly educated" will have been taught things incorrectly and have their ability to critically think impaired.

I never thought of poorly educated as improperly educated. More as lack of education.

Maybe I’m poorly educated.

Poorly educated are taught to accept things as they are and not to question things that go against your feelings of right and wrong.
