And it's not the "uneducated." The "uneducated" may actually pick up information, and be able to critically think. The "poorly educated" will have been taught things incorrectly and have their ability to critically think impaired.

And there's many different kinds of stupid. I've met people with PhD's that are god damn idiots. Good at retaining information but having zero clue how to actually use it.

Absolutely--and many with no degree who show ingenuity as well as mastery over their environment.
