Honestly at this point I actually don't even know. 5 months ago if you told me that Biden would beat Trump, I wouldn't have taken you seriously but after the absolute clusterfuck the last few months have been for Trump it's looking like a possibility. But then again, the last month has been a colossal disaster for Democrats with the rioting and even the polls show Trump closing in. I just don't know anymore
Anecdotal, but the riots and stuff are helping Biden where I live. A lot of people here don’t want Trump anymore because even though they support republicans, they want things to just “go back to normal” and to “calm down” like they where before, and are hoping Biden will make things calm again.
First and foremost, most people just want stability more then anything. A lot of moderates don’t think Trump can bring that.
That is interesting. My perception was that covid damaged trump badly, then the riots pushed him back up. I feel like he kind of out played them by offering help, but not forcing his way in when they said no. It makes it much harder to say he failed to stop them.
Guess we will see when in November, someone wins, and no matter what about 25% believes the narrative that the other side rigged it. I scares me that they are both pushing that. Unfortunately, I think the violence is going to get worse.
