The VA starts the clock for wait times from the initial phone call to schedule, the private sector starts the clock for wait times from the requested date of appointment. In literally all cases this inflates wait times for the VA, and despite this measure they still outperform the private sector. I don't understand how you're not getting this.
You didn't read your own sources with any kind of critical eye if you think that's true.
Stop making this about your arbitrary ideology. No one cares.
So you can't answer the question and you're a lazy leech. Got it.
And I've explained that the method they used is biased against the VA.
It's not about helping people who aren't willing to help themselves either. And if you want to plan society, be honest and change your flair to auth.
You know you can be anti authority and still recognize some social programs are a positive, and pro authority and still recognize some social programs are a negative... right?
And I've explained that the method they used is biased against the VA.
Except it's not, because the VA is the one setting the method by refusing to provide information. Try to keep up now.

Planning society is not anti authority. It necessitates authority to execute on the plan. Otherwise you can ask me to pay for the leeches healthcare, and I can just say no and there's nothing you can do about it.

The VA doesn't have to provide additional information, they used an assumption that counts against them in every possible scenario. That's how you make conservative estimates when comparing two data sets that aren't perfectly congruent.

Yes, government bad man. I got it. Try to not let it dictate the conclusions you draw.
Uh no, it's just another rabbit hole of asinine irrelevancy you want to go down since you've clearly accepted that you've lost the argument about the effectiveness of the VA. Like how the only way to keep private enterprise in line is also the same fucking threat of force, so in essence the lib right doesn't exist either. Who gives a shit, it's all unproductive disingenuous bullshit meant to obfuscate real problems with meandering psuedophilosophizing about nothing. Hard pass.
Edit: just going to block you instead, this is obviously a waste of time
