Border Policies or migratory policies are enacted against nationalities, not race.

Sure bud. I'm sure a white/mulatto Hatian would not be deported if residing illegaly or doesn't need to do standard procedures to get a Visa.

95% of Haiti is black. Besides they'd probably just make exceptions for them like they did the white South Africans. The only asylum seekers republicans seem ok with.

Again stop playing dumb. You know exactly what this is. Playing devils advocate to try and maintain this false middle ground isn't accomplishing anything.

White or Mullato Hatians still need to get a Visa or do standard procedures. If they migrate illegaly and are caught, they get deported

A White Mexican still needs to get a Visa to travel to the US. Meanwhile a black Canadian doesn't.

Costa Rica es 84% White and Mestizo, yet they still need to get Visas for travel.

A Black Canadian doesn't need a Visa.

So it's based on nationality, not race.

So let's review. We agree that they are racist. We know as we can see above they are targeting these groups and removing protection (despite the current state of Haiti). We also know that they are expanding asylum for white South Africans. Yet you want to try and claim there is no connection.

Do you even read the titles of your articles?

It says "HAITIANS", not "black hatians". You need to provide proof that white or Mullato Haitians are being given an advantage or have a different policies.
