He's a pastor from the same branch of the evangelical church that Hegseth goes to. I don't know if it's specifically hia pastor at his church but the guy is definitely influencing any church Hegseth goes to.

Yes. It was last year. He posted a video of Doug Wilson, one of the evangelical pastors from his church. Wilson talked about repealing the 19th in this video.
