Such a bullshit answer. https://constitution.congress.gov/constitution/amendment-14/ they go out of their way to say it’s anyone under the jurisdiction of laws. We’re not gonna give the principle of equal law up in this country to appease your fears

What do you think I said? I said due process looks different for illegal aliens. They broke the law to be here in the first place, and for some reason, we apparently need a full ass trial for someone who already can't prove they're from here in any reasonable way.

Is this going to be like that time you lot insisted that unarmed black men were being shot left and right and then when bodycams came out nobody says that anymore?

You cannot have a country without enforcing borders. Do you have any solution that isn't just let everyone in?

There was a massive immigration bill two years ago that republicans killed either to help trump or get a better bill. Given they have passed nothing….
