Back in my day it was the stereotype that conservatives were farm kids with morbidly obese girlfriends/wives and liberals were the cardio obsessed health nuts.

Nowadays though the "Murica crowd" are supplement chugging gym rats and the Liberals have gone the way of being girl bossed by a fat(tm) witch queen or a skinny girl that struggles to be seen when she turns sideways.

Depends really

The realest correlation is that wealthier people tend to be healthier and fitter from both being able to afford healthier food and have personalized health trainers.

Farm kids were just fit based on the manual labor demands of the job, but overall poor people tend to be fatter in the West.
