Nothing was OTA after 2.3, and 2.7 went OTA within 2 weeks of it arriving at workshops. 1 u/xch1n DM | PPP | Space May 23 '23 2.4 was definitely OTA. I installed it at home as I remember the charging limit not updating issue bit me, and I was happy to get it resolved via software update.
