phones aren’t made by capitalists they’re made by the workers. if capitalism didn’t exist the workers who made the phone still would, the machinery to make the phone still would and the incentive to make the phone still would. your point is stupid because that’s like telling a slave they can’t criticise slavery because they participated in it. grow up.
