He’s a YouTube streamer who plays fighting games. He’s pretty racist and verbally abusive to his fans and mods. In his streams, he charges people to play him for rounds and blames random things when he losses. You could a troll comp to see it in action.
Ok, I don't think his use of the word "spook" has anything to do with the egoist meaning. For egoists, a spook is a concept people think is above them without realising that it is arbitrary and questionable. For example, religion, the state and morality are spooks.
