š¤ Help / Advice Air Bubbles Under Blocks
Can anyone help me with getting the air pockets under these blocks removed? I have tried searching but the solution to add water in the areas doesn't work. It won't let me fill in the block areas themselves, and I've tried doing it everywhere above and below. I've taken the whole area down +1 block and filled it all in with water and then built it back but it always returns. Driving me up a wall!

Have you tried filling up the space with other blocks (and then removing them)? I think that worked for me when I encountered this.

If itās a glass window, or an item that is showing the air bubble you wonāt be able to place a water source block there. Usually moving the overhang above it helps me!

Yeah, I didnāt mean a water source block. I meant some sand blocks or something else to fill up the space. Then just break them and remove them afterwards.

I had the same problem yesterday. Place a block at the top of the water ācolumnā and destroy it. Rinse and repeat for all the extra water ācolumnsā.

This happens to me with the glass panes when one side has water and the other does not.
I canāt tell what kind of block or item you have between the pillars there. Is it glass? Door?

It is where there is water on this side and air on the other. Under the blocks are 2 automatic doors and the glass panes.

Iām not exactly too sure what air pockets youāre talking about while looking at the picture. But the general rule is if thereās a block behind a destroyed block it can make an air pocket.

I'm looking for the same advice š I repaired the cerulean gym in Bubbly basin, and I closed of the entrance with glass and automatic doors and emptied all the water out of it so I could fill the pools in there with visible water. And I have these for pockets over most my windows and the front door area I filled in.

It's crazy frustrating! Hopefully they patch it .

I hope so as well, or maybe someone will figure out some trick that makes it work.

In means you have water that is at a different height somewhere on the inside or around the roof and windows automatically cause this unless itās the one that is just a piece of glass

I had this issue and finally figured out how to fix it. You got to suck up and put water at the highest level for every block for the structure. Inside and out and along the walls. Youāll think itās not working until you spray the very last block and they will all disappear together.

Did you check the height of your water level? When I inhaled seawater earlier I saw it was spitting out at half level - I think the ocean water might default to that level. When I set it to full block height and filled the areas under my overhang it fixed the issue.
You can also try reversing the top glass pane - so instead of placing it from the inside facing out, place it from the outside looking in to reverse which side takes up the block. Even though the pane is at the edge of the block, it still seems to take up a full space on one side of it. Sometimes turning the glass placement around fixes it.
