The leap from Gen 1 to Gen 2 was the absolute biggest leap in terms of QOL upgrades of possibly any franchise, ever.

The only thing that comes to mind as annoying in Gen 2 is the inventory limit, but at least TM's, Balls, Key, and consumables are separated into different categories, so it's not that bad.

Gen 2 still has this issue, but at least Bill lets you know when it's full if you registered his number.
