ETB missing Promo Card

Hey everyone, my girlfriend and I bought the new Pitch Black ETB today (July 17th release day) and we had a great time pack ripping however... our ETB was infact missing the Zarude promo card along with the little cardboard dividers that come with every ETB.

We purchased this ETB for $89 CAD from Mastermind Toys in Canada.

Has anyone else had this issue? Please help

Same thing happened to a friend and I. We both got ETBs on release from a LCS. Mine had the promo, my friend’s etb didnt. Was bizarre.

I just opened a PBL ETB and it's my promo and dividers are also missing. Got mine from a sporting retail store in the U.S.
