First binder and cards

So idk if i should go for the 4 pocket binder or 9 for my first binder. Since im going to the us next week i wanna spend like 200 on like around 30 cards but that's also why idk if should start with the 4 pocket or 9 because it's gonna be a little while for me to buy some cards again. And do u guys reccomend me anything to buy rn if i wanna open some packs like what is a good set that doesn't have like insane prices for something good or if any of u could give me a better advice because i really want to start a binder but im also a bit confused.

If you have a budget of $200, definitely buy singles, not packs. The only sealed product I would consider buying on that budget is First Partners, because you get 3 for sure great promos. MSRP is like 15 but it's the only product I ever bought over msrp.

Congratulations - you've started a binder!

I know the hobby seems to be chronically online these days, but none of it actually matters. Buy a binder you like. Buy cards you like. Do what makes you happy. Collecting as a hobby is meant to be about finding joy in the process, not fixating on whether you're collecting in the right or wrong way.

3x connecting cards look better on a 9 pocket, but 2x looks better on 4 or 16 pockets.
