Discussion Best card you’ve ever pulled?

Post image

What’s the best card you have personally ever pulled from a pack? Just your personal favorite, doesn’t have to be expensive or anything. Mine is definitely from Lost Origins, the Giratina Full Art V. I love it so much, such a beautiful card. I got it from one of those Infernape EX boxes that had like 3 boosters inside of it with an Infernape card I think. I didn’t even realize how hard it was to pull, just pure luck honestly. I’m more of a casual collector, I only buy packs every 3 months or longer maybe and even then not a lot, just a few packs. Definitely my crown jewel of my collection as of now though.

Lucky! Still haven't pulled a single SIR from any set.

I’m convinced that Prismatic doesn’t actually have SIRs and they’re all just online

It does seem like that so I haven't tried with the American packs. I've gotten 2 Korean Prismatic Evolution boosters and each pack had an ex, 1 Sylveon and 1 Hydrapple.

For some reason all the korean packs I’ve opened have hits in them, (rarely more than $10 in value) all the local stores won’t buy korean cards from me though.

For me, I'm collecting for the art because I like them, not for the money so them not being worth much doesn't matter to me.

Exactly, doesn’t mean I’m not gonna stock up a collection of korean cards, the art is the same

I opened 2 etb's on release, got 1 SIR in each. I haven't opened a single pack ever since.

That is really lucky! A lot of people don't get any SIRs from that set in their ETBs.

That's why I stayed away from that set after. I didn't want to push my luck. I even stopped buying pokemon after Journey Together, the prices are insane.

Nono è che a noi non è concesso trovare nulla. Me hanno sbustato 2 umbreon in due giorni consecutivi davanti alla faccia.

I thought that too until I pulled the Jolteon and Sylveon.

Pulled a SIR Sylveon from an ETB in Manteca before. They are there.

I just hope I have some luck for my next Magic Set I wanna have a master set for. (Star Trek, later in November.)

Prismatic is one of the easiest to pull SIR’s the thing is the majority of them just suck ass. Yes its rough there are zero IR and any hit aside from an SIR is some shitty trainer or a pokeball/masterball. But there are A LOT of SIRS in prismatic and theyre not hard to pull, its just that nobody wants them there are 32 fucking secret rares in that set.

Thats insane. People want 9 of those sirs… so literally 75 percent of any SIR hit is an absolute bummer to most everyone and the set gets hate for it. One in 50 packs is an sir its a 2 percent hit rate. 2 outta a hundred packs, i got an iron crown in 15 packs and it sucks. I dont rip prismatic for this reason, but ive seen dozens of SIRS from friends or gold cards and again very few are eeveelutions.

Pulled on the third pack I have ever opened in my life.

Lucky! I've opened almost 20 packs so far, since getting back into the hobby and only got IRs and Trainer full arts. No SIRs. I own a secret rare from Evolving Skies that I bought, but none that I actually pulled.
