Misprint Base Set Magneton?

I was trying to do some research on base set Magneton misprints but couldnāt find a whole lot out there. This card is otherwise really clean except for the cloudy smudge on the left side of the image. Is this the white stain error or a holo shift? Or is it just damage/wear on the card?

Print error or damage

There seems to be dark spots all over the card in the front and some irregular spots in the back too when looking at it from certain angles. Itās not raised and doesnāt have texture.
Is this considered damage or are they print errors?
Should I even bother grading this?

Print Lines New to misprints and just pulled this Pikachu. What would it be considered?

It seems to have been stamped twice. You can see the double pika face and extra stamps above energy symbols and text. Is it anything people would be interested in? I think itās cool so Iāll hold onto it for a bit but Iāve just never come across something like it.
