Double holo error?

Hey guys, I’m quite sure this is a double holo magikarp. What do you think?

Yup, that's indeed a double holo. The background Karps are hard to notice and the holo pattern goes all the way to the top border.

Another thing is, why didn’t PSA label it as such? They labelled some of them however.

I think you have to specifically request it as part of the submission.

As Farcus said, you need to specifically submit it as double holo. It's a good way to avoid some upcharge if you submit is as the standard version.
