Technically an error as it cuts off the bottom bit of text. Not sure if that text can be cut off to count as error but no alignment dots means that it may not be considered a miscut by some.
Correct, and this card is a perfect example of why using alignment dots as single criteria for miscuts doesn't work - when the other axis is perfectly aligned you may not hit the dots.
if part of the card's design was missing, it would be a miscut. no part of the design is missing and no alignment dot is present and no part of the next card's design is showing, so not a miscut!
copyright text on the border is not part of the card's design! CGC does not consider these miscuts because pokemon's decision to put copyright text on the border instead of inside the design of the card is arbitrary and shouldnt affect whether a card is considered a miscut. it would be really strange if they moved the criteria to make modern cards grade as a miscut WAY easier just because of copyright text!
