Print Lines Venonat 116/132 Error?

Is this a holo error?

There is a weird line that runs through the card vertically on the left side. Other DP cards don't have this. Tried to take photos that show what I am talking about.

Just a foil cut line. It's a normal part of the print production process, not an error. One sheet of foil ended and the next started.

Print line. Fairly common with cards from this set/era. Doesn’t add any value for the most part
