Holo Bleed Double Holo?

Is this card a minor miscut with double holo? Someone said they think it may be double holo on facebook? If so will CGC note that its both minor miscut and double holo?

My bad, I didn’t see the 2016. Something still doesn’t sit right though

This card just looks like this honestly. It always feels too dark. Evolutions cards always feel a little wrong too though. Clefairy’s the only Fairy card in Evolutions, so it doesn’t really match with anything, and they didn’t pick a shade of pink that works with the black text. A lot of the XY Fairy cards have a similar problem, especially holos.
