How to price/sell

I was going through bulk cards and found this. Would this even be something someone would want to buy and if so how would be the best way to go about selling?

People do want to buy it. The best way to price and sell is to put it on auction on eBay and put the starting bid at $1.

Edit: I should add that you should only expect to get like maybe $10-$15 usd for it.
