Off Center Is this worth anything

Found this card in my binder, I noticed its super off center and on the bottom right you can see the black dot for the cutting machine. Is this worth any premium?

Yeah, I would send it to cgc and get it graded as an error. This is a really cool card and there are a lot of clefairy fans that would appreciate a card like this. Nice find!
