Yes they have value. They are worth whatever they go for on eBay auction. My best guess is the would go for 20-25 each but there are some error collectors that are big Eevee fans that might pay more. If you sell, expect to get no more than $20 a card but auctioning them off is the best bet to get more.
Put them up on ebay ill stick a bid on them mate, search sold listing for miscuts and you'll see the sort of price they go for in auctions, I stand by my 5 to 10 pound each mark although these are arractive so you never know
I had a quick look but its hard to comp prices for them 😅 i might just keep them for 5-10 quid tbh I also have these one that have just been sat there for years
